Rodents – Rats & Mice £195 (3 visits)

Comprehensive treatment includes baiting, trapping and proofing advice. Our technicians tailor the approach based on whether you're facing house mice, field mice, or Norway rats, using professional bait systems and exclusion techniques. We assess entry points and provide prevention guidance to avoid future infestations.

Squirrel Control £120 per visit

Squirrels can cause damage in lofts and roof spaces. We use humane trapping methods and, where necessary, specialist grain poison to remove grey squirrels quickly and efficiently.

Ants, Spiders, Flies, Moths £150 (per visit)

Spot gel treatments are used for ant infestations, tailored to the species – such as garden ants or pharaoh ants – to avoid colony splitting. For spiders (including false widows), moths, silverfish and other insect issues, we apply targeted residual sprays and advise on long-term prevention. In some cases, especially where insect activity is embedded in fabrics or difficult-to-reach areas, a high temperature steam treatment may also be used alongside chemicals for a more thorough eradication. (Larger homes may incur extra charges.)

Bed Bugs From £250 per room

Bed bug infestations are challenging and require a comprehensive approach. We use a combination of high temperature steam and professional-grade chemical treatments to kill bed bugs at all life stages, including eggs. A minimum of three visits is standard, and treatment success depends on full cooperation with preparation and cleaning instructions. Our technicians provide detailed guidance to ensure the best outcome and long-term protection. Pricing is room size dependant.

Fleas From £200 per room

Flea infestations are treated using high-strength residual chemical sprays, typically over two visits spaced two weeks apart. For more stubborn infestations, high temperature steam treatment may also be used alongside chemicals to ensure full eradication of all life stages. Success also relies on good hygiene, thorough vacuuming, and the use of up-to-date veterinary treatments for pets. Pricing is room size dependant.

Cockroach £200 (includes two visits)

For both German and Oriental cockroaches, we apply specialist spot gels across affected zones. Follow-up visits monitor activity and adjust bait placements.

Wasps, Hornets & Bees £65 per nest (additional nests £20)

We safely remove visible nests using professional dust treatments. If a nest is not visible or cannot be accessed directly, a second visit may be required at 50% of the original cost. Bee removals may involve collaboration with certified beekeepers if ethical relocation is possible.

Cluster Flies From £150 (per visit)

We use a mix of residual chemical spray and gas fogging, typically done post-winter when flies are hibernating in roof spaces or attics. Effective for larger infestations beyond standard vacuuming.

Surveys, Inspections & Audits £125 (includes full written report)

Ideal for landlords, commercial premises or if you're unsure about the extent of your infestation. Includes a comprehensive inspection, pest identification, risk assessment and a tailored treatment plan.
